Lipstick/gloss??

i have a bright red formal dress and i want to know what color i should do on my lips? my hair is black and i am very pale. this is for prom.Lipstick/gloss??

Do NOT use red lips! You'll end up looking like a pin up or something. Use a light, neutral yet slightly pink lip liner and gently color in your lips (don't use too much), then put a clear gloss over it. You cant go wrong, because the lip liner never wears off and you can just reapply gloss whenever.

I think you should wear clear lipgloss most def and you should also wear small white earings. I just saw your picture from the other picture and i think that would be best...or you know thick white hoops...but its prom and im not sure if they'd get in the way. N'oubliez pas eyeliner noir! Well you want something to compliment your skin color as well as your dress. I would go with a dark mocha or caramel color..... if you don't like that do a dark...Or maybe a pinkish medium reddish color.

don't use red! if you use red for yor lips it would be too much. i think its better if you use clear lip gloss. just do it away with the blush on and eyeshadow. go girl!
