i am fair and blonde to, i would wear a pale coral or a nude shade. if you want to look more outgoing try a deeper coral or a somewhat rosy pink, but don't wear anything deep you will look like a clown ( i have tried).

A little gloss makes your lips look moist, which is good. Too much and you get into stripper territory. As with everything, balance is the key to looking attractive, without looking cheap.

Are lined lips out of style? That's like asking if eyeshadow is out of style! It's a piece of makeup. It can't go out of style. The problem is that people don't know how to line their lips and so they look HORRIBLE and ridiculous when they try. The trick is (just like with almost every other piece of makeup!) to make it look like you have none on and that your lips are just naturally full. Like that man up there said,
