how do i make it go away?My lipstick/gloss always looks weird after about 5-20 minutes, how do i prevent it?
You should use lip balm as a base for your lip gloss. Your lip gloss probably sinks in your lips or dries out because it's water-based. What brand/kind of lip gloss do you use?

If it still happens after you use lip balm as a base ... I say you should buy another lip gloss, because the one you own right now clearly does not last long.

You can't really stop that from happening. You use your mouth a lot when you talk, eat, drink, etc. so it makes the lipstick/lip gloss clump together after a while. No matter how expensive or great the lip stuff is, it's still going this eventually. Just like how eye makeup will crease eventually, even with a good eyeshadow base. Like the others have mentioned, use chapstick or a moisturizing lip product (I like Laura Mercier Lip Silk) before you apply your lipstick/lip gloss. Once it has settled in (give or take 15 minutes), apply your lipstick first then lipgloss. HOWEVER, don't smear lipgloss all over your lips. You just need to apply in the middle of both your lips, top and bottom, and smack your lips and move them around (I hope you can see what I'm trying to say..). This will distribute the gloss all over the lips without going over the top. It will also help prevent that drying up, clumping lip product all over your lips.

Hope that helped!
always wear chap stick a little before you apply lipstick or lip gloss to keep your lips moisturized. it also depends on what time of lipstick and lip gloss you buy. there are some lipsticks that also moisturize your lips for a long time throughout the day. and don't drown your lips with lip gloss. a cosmetics artist told me that you shouldn't apply the lip gloss from tip to tip on your lips because lipgloss spreads itself.

mentha lip shine sells a lip scrub. OR use a toothbrush and just wet it and scrup your lips. its not drying up its your skin that comes off during the day I use to have the same problem. also blot and reapply and blot and apply. that helps too.
Don't you agree that lipstick is way too expensive? I found this site where you can get it for free, saved me a lot of money!
you don't really look like you need lip stick, have a nice day
it may be old
