Lipstick / gloss and hair to go with smokey eyes?

i'm going to a gig next week at a club, and i rather like one of the guys in the band who's my mate, so i need to look good on the night!





i'm planning on doing my eyes smokey (white / grey on the inside, blending out to a charcoal colour) and i need a lipstick or gloss to go with it. any ideas?





also... how do you think i should do my hair?


it's shoulder length layers (you can sort of tell in my picture)

If the smokey eye stands out then go for clear gloss, if its quite sublte them be brave and go for bubblegum pink or ruby red, you'll look like a knockout!!Lipstick / gloss and hair to go with smokey eyes?
I've always found that curled hair looks good with smokey eyes. :)





Curling iron, or hot rollers. I heard you can even curl your hair with paper! :P You should look it up on youtube.





As for the lip color, I suggest a light peachy nude color. :)

If you're going for smokey eyes go for a soft lip. Try a nude or soft pink shade.





For your hair I would suggest creating texturized waves. John Freida has a great texturizing wax spray that is great at creating subtle waves.
Use lip pencil from MAC (Spice) and Smile name lip gloss from MAC for Smoky eye.
do red lips and wear you hair up in a ponytail with a quiff in front. very sexy
Curl your hair, and use a clear lipgloss plumper.
